A Franco-Levantine influence?

At Mazal, we set out to discover a cuisine that enhances the product, which deconstructs, which surprises as much as it delights the taste buds. From chickpea humus and labneh to zaatar served right at the table to the famous Mazal carpaccio, the star dish of our restaurant, from traditional casseroles to crème brûlée presented in a marrow bone, this restaurant which is unlike any other invites you to a daring, different, even provocative experience.

No frills, but respect for raw materials and a renewed desire to make raw flavors explode in the mouth. The MAZAL experience is off the beaten track. Here, no starter, no main course, no dessert as such... You build your menu according to your desires around the three culinary axes highlighted: meat, fish and vegetables.

French recipes revisited in the colors of Levantine tables, MAZAL tells the story of local gastronomy that meets the flavors of the Mediterranean. From these lands of the sun, Mazal appropriates the joyful atmosphere, the relaxed spirit and the festive soul. French traditions, it is the gourmet personality and the art of hosting which are put in the spotlight. We come to have fun until late, with staff taking part in the cheerful atmosphere.
